NOTE: Additions and/or deletions to these lists are an ongoing process. Any interested parties contacting PIAA via office visit, US mail, telephone, e-mail, etc. are immediately added to the list for the next RFQ release. Deletions from a list may only occur if a vendor responds to RFQ follow-up questionnaires as not interested in receiving future RFQs.
